Meet the team at Ocean Winds’ Caledonia Wind Farm
Caledonia is being developed by Ocean Winds, a leader in the offshore wind industry. Having already delivered the landmark Moray East project and with Moray West nearing completion, Caledonia and the floating Arven project are next in the development pipeline.
This year, Spotlight attendees can benefit directly from their expertise as Caledonia hosts a dedicated “Meet the Specialist” breakout session designed to give suppliers direct insight into the Caledonia Wind Farm project and practical routes into the offshore wind supply chain.
The session begins with a short welcome and introduction to the Caledonia team, followed by a high-level overview of the project’s CfD status, timeline and key milestones. It will also cover an outline of how the supply chain fits into the development, covering major contract packages, Tier 1 contractors (what they typically cover), and the tendering approach, along with practical tips to help suppliers stand out and when to engage.
The final 40 minutes will be a “Meet the Specialists” marketplace, where attendees can speak directly with experts across Engineering and Technical, Construction and Installation, Procurement, O&M/Ports, and Skills and Community.
These 1:1 conversations will enable attendees to:
- Understand project requirements in detail
- Ask technical or procurement questions
- Gain insights into various specialisms
- Build meaningful industry connections
All bookable spaces have filled up, but each specialist will have a final slot available on the day at 14:10.
